Personal Influence Programme

You will become aware of your natural influence behaviour through a group exercise. You will be introduced to the theory of the Influence model®.

You continue with the theory of the Influence Model® and learn to use it effectively through short role plays and exercises.

The third day, you will create a program by selecting exercises that are relevant to your learning objective. You will then actively work on these exercises, tailored to your own needs.

The first day of the second block starts by looking at the first block and sharing experiences about the intervening period with your fellow participants. This day is also about practicing with different styles.

Day 5 mostly consist of frequent and intensive practice with different styles. You choose new exercises that suit your personal goals.

The last day, you will work on your Critical Influence Situation (CIS). This is a real-life case that you can practice this day so you can afterwards apply the learnings in your work situation. The CIS will give you a solid grip on what behaviour will work best for you and will give you the self-confidence to actually use it.
